improvements, or performance metrics. Deliverables are best-effort based and depend on client
cooperation and system readiness.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to test environments, credentials, and documentation
• Respond to queries and approve deliverables in a timely manner
• Avoid delays that impact project timelines

Failure to comply may result in delays or service suspension.

5.User-Submitted Content
If you submit testimonials, feedback, or case studies, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right
to use this content for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

6. Confidentiality

property of the Company until full payment is received. Post-payment, relevant deliverables become
the client’s property unless otherwise specified in writing.
